- Prescription data: if you upload a prescription for lenses, that file is stored securely and used solely to fulfil your order
We do not collect or store card numbers, CVVs, or any financial account credentials. Payments are made directly through your own JazzCash, NayaPay, or SadaPay app using their secure infrastructure — we only see the transfer confirmation you send us.

- To process and fulfil your order
- To send you an order confirmation and shipping updates by email
- To respond to support queries or return requests
- To send occasional marketing emails — only if you opted in via our newsletter form
- To improve our website and product catalogue using aggregated, anonymised analytics
