Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before placing an order or using the Ainvue website (ainvue.com). By accessing our site or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Us

Ainvue is a premium AI eyewear brand based in Lahore, Pakistan. We sell smart glasses and related accessories directly to consumers via our website. All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

2. Ordering

By submitting an order you confirm that the information you provide — including your name, address, contact details, and payment method — is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel any order if we suspect fraud, stock inaccuracies, or pricing errors, and will issue a full refund in such cases.

An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when your order is marked as “Confirmed” and dispatched.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. The price shown at the time you place your order is the price you pay. Payments are accepted by manual transfer to our JazzCash, NayaPay, or SadaPay account, and by Cash on Delivery (COD) where available. Transfer orders are dispatched once we confirm receipt of your payment screenshot. COD orders require full payment to the courier at the time of delivery.

4. Shipping

We ship across Pakistan. Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Free shipping applies to orders over Rs 40,000 after any discounts.

5. Returns & Refunds

Our returns policy is set out separately on our Returns & Refunds page. In summary: items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they meet the eligibility criteria. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

6. Prescription Lenses

If you order prescription lenses, you confirm that the prescription you upload has been issued by a licensed optometrist and is valid and accurate. We are not liable for vision problems arising from an incorrect or expired prescription provided by the customer.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, text, logos, and product designs — is the property of Ainvue and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ainvue is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to that claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. Your continued use of the website after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
